Our construction zone is getting to be one of my favorite places to play my ukulele. The future site of the landing in the stairwell is perfect - someplace quiet with lots of natural light and no distractions.
I think the best time to make music in a home is before anything gets moved in and the acoustics get ruined by furniture and textiles! I'm sure your uke loves the sound of all that bare space!
